Installing OTR microwave

Hey guys,

I recently bought the a GE OTR microwave and I initially though that it would be okay if I placed it on the counter. I learnt that OTR micorwaves cannot be placed on countertops, so was wondering how to install the microwave? any help would be appreciated.

A friend of mine just put a 2x4 under the right and left sides and gave up. Otherwise you need the wall space with a cabinet above to fasten to (along with an electrical outlet up there).
