Things of interest:
  1. Regular Cement has the same ingredients as Primer, but it also has PVC resin in it. Theoretically, if you have an old can of PVC cement that is getting thick or is jelly-like, you can add primer to it to rejuvenate it.
  2. Primer has the same ingredients as Cleaner, but it has two more ingredients. This tells us the difference between Primer and Cleaner, and obviously it is NOT the same.
  3. Primer/Cleaner has the same two ingredients as Cleaner, but not the two extra ingredients as Primer. If it can be used as a primer, then does that mean cleaner can be used as a primer?

Nice list of the ingredients listed on the cans, but your point is? I am sure that the "proportions" of materials is germaine to their relative usages.

Point is, it's interesting.
It tells you the differences between the types of cement if you're wondering what the differences are.
People can find this when searching on Google.
