Hi,

I just came across this forum and thought I'd reach out to see if anyone knew of any resources for info on the amazing fixtures that are in the house I just bought. The house was built in 1939, and the sink, tub and toilet are part of the Briggs Beautyware line, but I can't really find any information on the pre-40's stuff. The house also came with a 1936 Chambers stove, so I think the bathroom fixtures are from around the same time. Either way, I thought you might get a kick out of seeing them.

I assume that is a steel tub, because that is all I ever knew Briggs made. I never saw a toilet with the flush lever on the side of the bowl, however.
