Increase sprinkler water flow

I'm wondering how to increase water flow in my orbit system. I have attached a pic of the control valves. I think I turn the knobs counter clockwise to increase flow. Is this correct? Thanks.

yes, assuning it is NOT already full flow, which it usually is.

If the valves are already fully opened any restriction could be at the sprinklers. Pop up have a small screen filter in the spray head and they will routinely get plugged up even if your on city water.

You can test this by gently stepping on the sprinkler heads, if it is hard to press down then the nozzles/filters are clogged. If they are easy to push down there maybe a leak or another issue restricting flow.
