This is the safest way to pass inspection. Keep all drains tied in horizontally.

Can I also tie the floor drain and laundry sink in here some where? It is 2”

The laundry sink gets it's own drain and vent. It can't be part of a bathroom horizontal wet vent.
James showed you how to wet vent the bathroom. The laundry needs to come in downstream of that.

Are you just trying to tie the existing floor drain into the new drain or are you moving the laundry sink too.

yes James I need to tie the existing floor drain and sink back in currently it’s tied in with the old shower and then dumps in after old toilet

How about this guys then I have cleanout under lav and I’ll just run a 3” vent to attic and tie all vents to that above sink

The laundry tray can't be part of the bathroom plumbing.
The laundry tray comes in lower than the bathroom after it's vent vented. The lav can wet vent the toilet, the laundry tray can't.

I don’t understand how it is Terry the laundry dumps in after everything.
Are you saying I can’t tie the vents together here?

The sink isn’t moving
I could turn it and put up against the stud wall if easier but had no plans to move it

Then I'm guessing you're going to attach it to the new plumbing like in your drawing. If that's the case then move the floor drain pipe so it is to the right of the tub p-trap and not overlapping the other drain and your drawing with work.

You maybe be able to run the shower drain off the floor drain pipe and roll a vent off that into the wall.I can't do a working drawing off of chicken scratch and my cell phone. No offence.
