Identify older shower faucet bathtub / shower set?

I am trying to identify what brand / faucet handle set this is?

Looking to get a replacement set

That looks correct. There is only one seat for the diverter, the stems have the seats built-in as part of the bottom cup. If I remember correctly the original is triton or triton 2 trim. Have you removed the stems to id the cartridge?

No I haven't removed the stems yet. I was hoping to be able to have them identified and purchase the kit so I could do it all at once.

What is meant by the cartridge? I didn't think these older stems had a cartridge.

I had a related question:

1. When the diverter is in the closed position (meaning washer is in contact with the seat) does water come out of the shower head or tub spout?
