I bought a new kitchen sink with one drain hole in the middle. I’ll just be using the garbage disposal so my question is which drain under my sink should I use? and which one should I cap off, if i can cap one off?

You will need the lowest one. Especially if the new sink is a deep 10".
The drain from the wall works well at 16" above the kitchen floor.

Thanks for the reply Terry! We bought a Kraus and it’s 9” deep. Would you recommend capping the higher drain and only using the lower?
