How to tell what size water softener I have?

I have a Fleck 5800 controller and Valve installed in 2014. I was talking to Fleck and could not answer what size my system is. The display is flashing time, 2307 gallons, that seems high.

The tank is 46 inches tall, the diameter is approx 14.65, circumference is 46 around tank.

Trying to figure out if it is working properly, but I need to tell Pentair what size I have.

How do I do this if I have install information for model number.

It may be a 14 x 47 tank that may be filled with 2.5 or 2.25 cuft of resin.

Those are available with a 4 inch opening in addition to the normal 2.5 thread.
