How to secure drain waste stack that must extend 3' above roof?

I need to move a 1.5" galvanized waste stack to avoid a solar panel. There's a skylight nearby, so the new stack will have to meet California code, and terminate nearly 3' above the roof.

How can I secure that vertical section, so no future roofer holds on to it, and sees it bend or break off? Below the deck of the roof there is only a 5.5" rafter to attach to, then the pipe needs to take an angle. There is not much to strap to, given the needed length.

Is there a top of deck mounted bracket that would fit under the eventual rubber roof jack?
Because of the clutter above, a strap up top is not a very attractive option. What else is used?

If you don't want to use guy wires... Cut some 2" x 6" wood blocks that will fit in between the rafters and drill a hole in each one the same size of the pipe your using for the vent then slide them on the pipe running up the roof line before you fit the pipe together. nail the blocks in between the rafters at your preferred interval. on the pipe going vertically through the roof, do the same thing but with the block or blocks facing up towards the roof. that should keep the pipe from moving.

Or you could you could nail one of these pipe hangers horizontally on both sides of the pipe inside the rafter bay and for the vertical section of pipe to stiffen the lateral movement. Nail 4 hangers in an x configuration horizontally in the rafter bay for the vertical pipe going through the roof.
