How to replace a cold water supply?

So I’m not sure it’s actually the cold water supply, but it’s the silver tube connecting the cold water faucet valve to the faucet. I released the valve end, but don’t know how to reach the faucet end. Photo attached

Some will have supplies like this which just thread in, no sure if some have them built right in. I would pull it right off and work on it
