How to remove a Kohler Trim to get to the value

We have a Kohler leaky shower but I am not sure how to take apart the trim to get to the value. Tried reaching out to Kohler support and based on the picture they said it might be a Kohler Pinstripe - Model K-TS13135-4A-CP. There was a front screw that I took off that allow the handle to come off but cannot figure out how to take the next piece, not sure if that's call the trim? or the bonnet? I don't see other small hex screw that I have seen from other models. I also tried turning that front trim piece but wasn't sure since it didn't loosen and also afraid I might break something.

Any suggestions? Thanks Mike
