Mostly DIY bathroom renovation. Had a plumber handle what was needed, which included the rough in. I asked a him as well as a GC friend how to fix this and they both said to gently bend the pipe. Not sure how i feel about doing that. All plumbing is soldered and I have partial access from a closet. Can't really get to the valve in easily but can get to the stub, the 90 and about 12-18" of the vertical run up to the valve. Is bending this OK or should i push for an alternative?
