I purchased a new home and have a sprinkler system i cannot turn on. Im not sure what is wrong.

it has 3 pipes coming out of ground on side of the house. that say water master and i have identified them as
Orbit 3/4-in Plastic Manual Anti-Siphon Irrigation Valve

1 of the 3 pipes turns on slightly but it leaks. i noticed this products reviews say they are prone to leak.

when i turn the knob. none of the sprinkler heads turn on..

is there a master valve to turn on my sprinkler sytem and also how would i replace these or fix this ? thanks .

There must be a master valve somewhere. If you have a basement, a shut off valve might be there. Every home can be different. It's a new home so call the home builder to get the irrigation company there.
