How to convert a useless tub drain/water lines into a double vanity?

Ripped out a completely useless tub in a cookie cutter house, and want to convert/move tub plumbing to double vanity in closest wall (maybe 2 feet away)

I kmow absolutely nothing about plumbing. To anyone that responds, pretend Im a 2 year old and formulate explainations as such.
