How sharp can you bend Pex?

I installed the copper solder version of this Roman tub fixture. Now I see they have a Pex version.
The Pex version would be easier to install and repair. But it seems it would require some sharp bends in the Pex? Or would you just add Pex elbows?

The minimum bend radius depends on the type of pex (there are three types, with type -A the most flexible). If you don't know which it is, I'd use type C as my basis. If you kink it, they tell you to cut the kink out and insert a fitting except with type A, where you can use a heat gun on low to massage it back into round again. That does NOT work with types -B or -C.
