Well, had a plumber come out to move our main stack which had the toilet, tub, sinks and kitchen sink attached in the wall and soffit. Just wanted it as small as possible so when we drywall it isn’t a huge eyesore.
Issues I can see, and I’m not a contractor.
-drilled through joists at the bottom.
-cut stud at the top plate.
-doesn’t look like he primed/cleaned before gluing.
Am I screwed? Is it safe to just drywall? Should I put steel plates on the joists or a stud shoe? I plan on just putting a second stud next to the one he cut.
Does this all need to be redone?
Any advise is appreciate for the pros!
