How do I take apart shower handle?

Need help identifying shower handle?

Is this a Huntington Brass Shower faucet? I emailed them and they aren't sure and have to get back to me....

I need to replace the leaky valve cartridge. I think the Huntington Brass part number is: HUN7006. I saw it in this forum post:

BTW, How do I remove the brass sleeve in the attached picture? It looks like I pop off with a screw driver.
