How do I remove this shower valve with no set screw?

I am attempting to remove the shower valve in the pictures but can not figure out which brand it is. I contacted Pfister and they said it wasn't theirs. The valve has no set screw. Any help is appreciated

YOu "pop" the top handle off. The screw is under it.

The big handle just pulls off and the Delta 1700 series cartridge, etc., is under it.
