Anyone have any advice before I tackle this project? The reason I want to move shower drain is because it is not center and it is a floor drain not a shower drain. I plan on installing a 32" x 32" shower pan.
Thanks

Make sure it is hooked to the sanitary system ( a lot of floor drains are hooked to the drain tile ) and its probably going to need a vent.

32" x 32" doesn't make a legal shower anymore.

They may still sell them, but it's hard to pick up the soap if you drop it.

Sledgehammer time.
