The business, Premier Water Systems also know as Oceanic Water Systems, is not honoring the the warranty for my water softener. I contacted Pentair and was told that I needed a new injector for my water softener and to contact my dealer to initiate this.
I contacted Premier water systems on 7/21/2020 about the part I needed. Mind you, they were completely unhelpful with my water softener and immediately told me to contact Pentair.
Anyway, they are not going to help me out with initiating my claim. I left a bad review for their business and after 4 weeks of not replying to my calls or texts, I receive an email from them.
