How can I relocate copperlines. Break concrete?

Most copper lines are buried under the slab with soft copper pipe to be able to make bends and there are no sweat joints but above the slab as shown in your pictures. You did not say why but I'm guessing that you removed the tub and want to replace it with a shower only or just need to relocate them for the remodel. It's much easier to just build out a dummy wall and run the lines from the current location. Breaking up the concrete to move them is not an easy task for a DIYer unless you plan to do a lot of cutting, chiseling and digging.
