Our local utility in San Diego, CA, is offering a $100 rebates for qualified smart leak detectors. Are any of these worth getting? For the external Flume or StreamLab monitor, we'd be about $100 out of pocket and more for the plumbed devices. We have access to our water meter so we can just turn everything off and go pull up the cover to see if the meters spinning if we think there's a leak.

We've though about getting a resettable ultrasonic water flow meter we could strap on the line coming in the garage but never got around to it since we can just go out and check the meter.
