I have a new horizontal storage tank for my well. On one end there is a 1" npt female at the bottom, ( 6 o'clock), and a 1/4" npt female centered. Also there is a 1" npt vertical pipe out the top, male thread. I assume ( here's where I need help!) The 6 o'clock is water in, the 1/4 is for air valve, but what goes to the vertical stack?
The Water Worker EXW30HD. I just bought this tank at the local hardware for almost nothing. Did I pay to much?
Thanks! Tom

Here is a picture of how to plumb it. But I don't see anyway to maintain an air charge. Looks like you will just have to air it up on a regular basis. Probably would have gotten just as much draw down from a 100 dollar diaphragm tank, then you would not have had to keep airing it up.
