Hey All, I have an old house where I am adding a 1st floor half bath, and laundry. I am looking to Wet Vent the toilet with a 2'' sink drain. Upon descending in to the basement this 2'' wet vent will have to turn 90 degrees to point out from the wall, then an use an additional (3) street 45's to connect it to the 3''x 3''x 2'' Wye on the horizontal drain down stream from the toilet. (#1)

Is this preferable, with the other option (#2) being ... 90 just like before pointing away from the wall, but then run a small horizontal pipe then using another 90 to run the drain down into a Long Sweep Wye.

Being a wet vent is one better than the other???

Photo is shown, sorry I could not rotate it!

Thank you !
