Home Inspection Estimate for Plumbing Items

Im in escrow on a cabin in Idyllwild, CA. There are a number of plumbing issues the home inspector noted on his report. I was hoping to get someone to take a look and give me a ballpark estimate of how much it would take to correct the plumbing items (i.e. just a total and which numbers on the report it would include). NO ONE can do that without seeing it, and definitely NOT from an "inspector's report" since they are notorious for being inaccurate.
