Holding tank on well system

I know this is kind of basic... but I have a low yield well and wanting to add a smaller holding tank in our utility room (200-300gal). Is this diagram how I would go about that? Well water goes into holding tank and then that goes into pressure tank? Do I need any additional pumps?
