Not sure where to post this:
I live in a condominiums HOA. The HOA Board is requiring water lines be changed to "Braided Stainless Steel". I think their thinking is flawed....
1. I have Braided Nylon water lines connected to my toilets.
2. I have a standard nylon water line connected to a shutoff valve between the refrigerator.
3. The condos were built using Plex Tubing.
4. The condos are located at Lake of the Ozarks in Central Missouri.

Questions:
1. Isn't the Braided Nylon supply lines to the toilet strong enough and will last almost forever?
2. Isn't the toilet supply line at a lower pressure because of the shutoff valve and size of the tubing?
2. Does it make sense to have Braided SS connected to standard nylon tubing built into the refrigerator?
3. Isn't the refrigerator water line at a lower pressure because of the shutoff valve and size of the tubing?

I am hoping someone can provide specs comparing the device between what I have and installing the Braided SS.
