We have a 60+ year old house and seem to always be fixing something! A few days ago we started getting a high pitched noise at the kitchen faucet (which was replaced about a year ago) only when we turn on the hot water. We are in the process of selling this house and need to repair this problem before an inspector comes through. Is this a common problem - something we can fix or should we call a plumber? It's not a hammer noise - just a very high pitched squeal.

Thanks for any adivce!
