YES...i know...2.5 gpm......BUT some have a "way" around this...WHICH ONES ?

Why would a licensed plumber tell you how to break the law?! And, consider this, the things don't remain the same...they may look the same, but production changes can easily mean that what once could be easily modified, now can't.

You can fine tune the flow by drilling a larger hole in the flow restricter.
I will sometimes do this to also change the vibration and sound as water passes through. I've had some from the factory that sound like a high pitched dog whistle.

Your local volunteer fire department may be looking for recruits. Might be the only way to get full flow anything.
