Hi folks,

Need some help identifying this valve here and I am grateful for any help you can provide. This is in a frequently used kids' bathroom. The trim/handle fell off and needs to be replaced, pretty urgently.

The shower trim / handle has no markings and whatever screws were originally there are now gone.

The cartridge doesn’t have any identifiers other than a Patent identifier, 185969. It seems like it comes back to either EZ-Flow or Gerber. We just want to get this shower back into service as soon as possible and appreciate your assistance. What trim kit could we use for this cartridge?

Any ideas? Thanks for any help in advance.
