We are trying to achieve the highest flow rate possible on a roman tub faucet. Looking for one with 3/4" (in and out) ceramic disc valves that can connect or tee into a 1" riser to the faucet. What kind of faucets will fit a 1" riser? We thank you for any help you can provide.

NONE, you would need reducers to connect them. The faucet openings themselves are what limits the flow, NOT necessarily the size of the feed pipes. Ceramic seal valve use two "pie shaped" openings for the water flow, and area of these openings, even in a 3/4" valve are just about equa tol, and maybe even less than, a 1/2" copper tube.
