I'm in the planning stages of a Bath and Kitchen renovation. The work area is 10' x 24'. In the Kitchen there will be 1 sink, in the Bathroom there will be 1 sink, 1 toilet, 1 tub and 1 shower. The sinks, tub and shower have 2" P traps and drains, all vertical and horizontal vents are 2" and the remaining is 3". All the plumbing is above a full basement, making it completely accessible.
I'm trying to minimize the need to bore thru load bearing studs and joists so I have positioned the vents and drains as you see in the layout.
At the moment I have questions regarding the venting:
Is the current layout of the venting up to code? If not what needs to change?
Is there another way to plumb and vent the Kitchen sink (window frame area) to code without going thru the king and jack studs?

Thank you,
Tim

What state is the work being done in?
That pretty much works assuming you have the right bends and fittings.
The kitchen sink needs a 2" cleanout.
Normally I would have the lav tie into the water closet (toilet).
I'm not sure if they allow wet venting where you are at, but here I would consider wet venting the toilet with the lav.
