Hello, I have an old National Radiator Heating Boiler. Please help with identifying this part. Any suggestions where to find a replacement or a way to fix the leak? Thanks,

That's a McDonnell & Miller direct immersion LWCO. I don't know if they're still available or not. There's a gasket between the sections you might be able to make from gasket material.
