I'm replacing my kitchen sink side sprayer hose and I ordered a new hose. The new hose end that connects underneath the sink has the threaded end, but my old hose has the quick connect end. Is there an adapter that I can connect to the new hose with the threaded end so that it can then be connected via the quick connect?

I doubt that you will find a conversion for that. What brand of faucet do you have? Sometimes there is a tag below on a supply line that gives a model number.

Here is a recent Moen pull-out hose connection.

no!, one reason being that there a MANY different "pushon" connections depending on the make and model of the faucet. We at least need a picture of the faucet, although that may not help.
