Help with Culligan water softener

i all,

I have a Culligan platinum water softener installed in 2011. The softener works fine. But it regenerates every day independent of regen trigger being set to any number of days wasting water, electricty and salt. Culligan does not support this system anymore. I am not ready to invest in a new system now. Any help is apperciated how to fix this issue

I don't know your softener. Maybe you could unplug it for a week or so to prevent regenerating? I understand this was not the solution you were looking for.
