Help with a design for kitchen sink/disposal

Hello !!

Here is my current setup, pictures are in wrong order.

When the kitchen was remodel, we end up having little time for plumbing. Need advice connecting the right side of the sink to the left side without using that bendable tubing.

Most of the time, the disposer runs to the tee and then the p-trap.
You could hard pipe a bit more than what you have.
