Help needed identifying 3 handle shower diverter stem

The diverter stem spins and will sometimes catch and send water up to the shower head. The plastic coupler or cartridge is broken. Can anyone identify this diverter? Thanks

A local plumbing parts expert found it in one of his books. It's made by American Standard, Model 3375.50. The diverter part# is M950070-0070A.000
