Help Looking for parts for this faucet

The CSA symbol is on one side of the supply and FIR on the other. It is a 20 point stem. I have rebuilt the mixers but need the washers for the spout hook up. Does anybody know the manufacture? There are no numbers or name any where on the faucets.
