I have an old two handle valve for bathtub and cannot identify the brand. The house was built in the late 70s. I suspect the brand may be Delta because the shower (separate from tub) is Delta. Is anyone able to identify this? I want to get trim that will work.

I got a quote from a plumber to change to single handle, however, the price was high. Since the bathroom has a separate shower that will get more use, I am looking for a budget-friendly solution to the tub handles.

I think you are saying you want to keep the same valve. I think those just use 2 round escutcheons behind the knobs, right?
