KINGSTON BRASS KS266C, Help identifying tub/shower faucet

Hello All-

My first post here, I appreciate any help.

Older house 1968 vintage. In both baths are these exposed tub/shower fixtures. The water supply comes out of the wall. I can’t find anything that will replace these. The pipes coming out of the wall are 6 3/8” on center.

I would like to replace these with something similar that will fit, or if I can find new ones that would work too.

Honestly, just knowing who made these would help.

You can search for Kingston Brass clawfoot tub faucets but the plumbing had been hacked up and probably impossible to find any king of replacement without redoing the connections.
