Help identifying shower diverter stem

I have very little plumbing knowledge, but this seemed like an easy enough job. My shower diverter hasn't been working well at all, so I finally took the stem out. However, the big home improvement stores don't have a replacement. Thought maybe someone here could point me in the right direction.
