Help identifying kitchen faucet?

Hi All,

I was referred here from 411Plumb, I hope someone can help!

I'm trying to identify the my kitchen faucet. It was installed prior to my home ownership. I don't see a manufacturer logo on it, there are some specs printed on the back (in one of the pictures). I contacted Blanco since that is the sink I have, but they said it's not one of theirs.
Specs on the back (in one of the attached pics):
GREENS
A112.18.IM
2.2 gpm

I need to replace the aerator in this faucet and want to make sure I get the right part. I'm also considering replacing the pull out head as the finish is chipping/peeling and is very sharp.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

When you go to the hardware store take the aerator with you. Most hardware stores have a faucet aerator thread gauge that you screw your aerator onto so you know which one to buy.
