Help identifying faucet / fixing a drip

Looks like all the visible trim gets unscrewed:

trying to fix a drip and can't figure out how to get this handle off.
there's no cap or set screw that i can find.

Any advice would be great - help identifying the model (the hose is Moen, so I'm pretty sure the fixture is the same, but can't find any marks on the trim itself) so i can track down directions, or tips on how to get the handle out. Thanks.

This is awkward, but...
