Help identifying clawfoot tub faucet stems

Hello, I have a customer that has this faucet on her tub and needs new cartridges. The Barclay ones are too long. I believe this is a Magnus Home Products faucet based upon the handles. I contacted them through their website and said they only had parts available for warranties and the current homeowner was also unable to get a part or part number for these cartridges. Hopefully someone can identify and find a source for these.
