Help identify kitchen faucet - single handle

I'm hoping you can tell me the brand/model of our kitchen faucet. It is leaking. Thank you.

I don't know what that is. I had a kitchen faucet roughly similar. I took the cartridge out, and went to a store that carried some cartridges. None that they had looked the same. An employee suggested replacing the O-ring or rings ( I forget if it was 1 or 2), which they did have. That cure worked.

You need to shut the water off and take it apart to figure out exactly what you have. Other companies have made a similar looking faucet.
