Help, I cant divert water from tub to my shower

I have this tub with two faucets and a shower with heater. I dont know how to turn on my shower. Both of these faucers would turn on on 45 degrees turn. I cant see other knobs

Heater? Is it something like this? Is it possible to post a picture of the shower head and a wider view of the wall. Does the shower have any kind of push button to cause water flow?
