Help. How does this come apart?

My friend is tearing out an old bathtub to replace it with a shower. How does this bathtub fixture come apart?

Might be an allen wrench involved in getting the handles off. Everything else should unscrew. Tub spout might unscrew also, but feel around under the spout close to the wall and see if there's a cut-out there with an allen screw holding the spout on. Otherwise it should unscrew from a male adapter on the stubout.

When your friend demolishes the walls down to the studs, he will find out that he won't need to bother with this faucet. Unless he wants to re-use it later (?!).
Just cut the supply pipes.
