I currently have a 100ft well, (dont know the pump size) I keep the tank pressure 40/60 i set it to 65psi on the high side. I have PEX-A 3/4" line for my main line. I have not finished installing everything i have listed below but this is my current setup (im remodeling my house completely). I know i am going to run into a big pressure drop after my filters and i am very concerned about it. I have a 2.5GPM rain head and 2.5GPM shower head in my bathroom i want to use together at the same time.

My question is if i need a water pressure booster where do i install it (between which part of my setup) and what type should i get? Also please let me know if im missing anything or if im going about this wrong.. ANY advice is greatly appreciated, am i missing any small addons? Post a picture of your setup to help me install mine would help me ALOT

I am currently installing items below and they are listed in order that im installing them in

Figure out what pump you are using, or at least check the pressures.

Add provision for checking the water pressure between your filters to see which ones are causing pressure drops.

My rule of thumb is adding 10 PSI for the loss through the filter. If your well pump is large enough and you can turn the pressure switch up to 50/70 instead, it will make up for the losses in the filter. If you need more pressure/flow, replacing with a larger well pump is much preferable to adding a booster pump.
