Having problems with my pressure switch

I got a new pressure switch and hooked it up but the contacts are not working,,,, there is power to it but not working,,,, what would you think the problem would be?

Is your pump wired like this? The M represents the pump motor.

If so, what voltage do you have between terminal 1 and 4?
What voltage do you have between terminal 2 and 3?

If 24o on both of those, what do you read from 1 to 2? And 3 to 4?
