Which is more solid and a better choice?
I was looking at getting a Rheem Professional (Installer model) but I saw this other one in Home Depot which has an automatic shut off... (the warranty is longer and there are some other features which are Ok like it will contact you if a leak starts...)Which one do you think is the better choice?
1) Installer grade MODEL # PROE40 M2 RH95 Professional Classic standard 6 Year

2) MODEL # XE40M12CS55U1 Performance platinum series gladiator 12 year

We live on the second floor and own our condo. I am worried about flooding, but want a solid water heater.
I am hoping someone has experience with these good or bad. These both have similar features including a brass fixture for flushing.
